A traditional favourite, Colombian Supremo grows in the rich soil of the deeply admired Popayan region of the Sierra Nevadas. Smooth and full-bodied with balanced acidity, subtle berry tones and classic aroma, this coffee is classified Supremo for its bean size. The coffee producing areas of this region of Colombia are lush with ideal rainfall, cloud cover and soil conditions that are perfect for coffee cultivation. The cool mountainous climate prolongs the development of the coffee cherry, deepening the berry flavour absorbed by its seed or coffee bean.

Most orders received by 10am are sent the same day. Arrival will depend on your region. Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days and you will always receive a tracking number in order to see where your order is.

Very nice mild South American

I'm a newly converted fresh roast fan, probably shouldn't even comment.

Still working out my palate but I seem to be veering heavily towards South American.

This Colombian is very agreeable; mild yet flavorful.

I am experimenting with different roasts of this, I find a mid to dark roast brings out the best in this one.

Looking forward to trying more Colombian & South American beans, particularly Guatemala.

What a dark chocolate surprise!

As I roasted this and kept sampling the roast, after about 10 minutes, I noticed a chocolate flavour emerging. It developed beautifully until I decided to stop at about 13 minutes - a dark roast but before 2nd crack.

A couple of days later, I enjoyed my first espresso - gorgeous. Rich, dark, mellow with a lingering dark chocolate after taste. I thought this would make an excellent 'cafe' style blend with a dark roast Kenya AA to give it the top end so needed to cut through milk. I was not disappointed. My wife loves this blend for her latte. Highly recommended as a single origin or in this blend (about 60% Columbian, 40% Kenya).

Nothing to dislike about the product or the service. I hate the rip-off postage. Another coffee supplier I use charges $11.50 for 5 kilograms compared with your almost $19;00.

I only buy here when coffee is on special - there is some parity of price then. Pity because you have a great range of coffee and provide very good service.
