Tastes good!

I'd read some characterizations of Djimmah online, many noting a medicinal taste to coffee made from these beans. This has not been my experience thus far, though I admit I am neither much of a roaster nor a coffee flavour connoisseur.

Roasted first batch in very thin wok. A few beans were a little burnt but otherwise, definitely better than your average pre-roasted kilo of Vittoria from Woolies.
