  • Our office is open and roasting Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • Orders placed before 12pm weekdays are shipped same day
  • Orders placed on the weekends, on public holidays or after 12pm will be sent next business day
  • Same day delivery is available before 9am weekdays, for Sydney Metro only

As the name suggests

I'm not sure if I am supposed to imagine a hint of a good Bourbon in this bean, however, it's there. A really smooth espresso, having roasted to just into second crack.

good green beans, roasted well, good flavour result

nothing to dislike. Mixed them with three other of your green beans after roasting, and are happy with the result. We will try to find some green beans from you that really are 'very strong' to roast with these beans. Your website allows me to choose 'very strong' but nearly all or all of the list provided is 'moderate strength' beans.
