Yirgacheffe is celebrated as one of Ethiopia’s premier coffee-producing regions, known for its ideal growing conditions. The coffee plants thrive at elevations ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level, which contributes significantly to the beans’ remarkable flavour complexity. Grade 2 signifies a careful sorting process that selects only the finest beans, ensuring a consistent and superior quality.
