Great price. Great flavour.
Very easy to roast with great results in my el Cheapo breadmachine/heatgun combo (known as Coretto roaster) with thermocouple in bottom of breadpan amongst the beans..
I roast by outside temp of beans and temp of digital heatgun output only.
I roast with heatgun set to 510°C until first crack then drop to 450°C until outside of beans reach 215°C then up gun temp to 500°C until bean surface reaches 220°C.
I pull beans when they reach 220°C they are always spot on to what I am aiming for.
This is now my favourite goto bean.
