Papua New Guinea’s altitude, soil and climate are perfect for bean growing. PNG Alice is ideal as a straight single origin or works well in a quality espresso blend. This bean is juicy and piquant, very similar to Kimel beans but with chocolate and citrus notes. A light to medium roast will highlight the fineness and clarity of Alice’s flavours.
